You will be responsible for a surveyor, a lettings manager, 2 x repairs and maintenance staff, a project support officer, a compliance officer and a team of cleaners.

You will prepare, oversee and then mobilise new contract agreements with subcontractors for the delivery of services across the portfolio.

You will be troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime. This is a Monday – Friday position working 0800 – 1600.
