You will also be required to identify, pilot, develop and evaluate new technologies (such as mixed and immersive reality, artificial intelligence and game based and authentic learning platforms) whilst exploiting and keeping up to date with core educational technologies (such as VLEs, e-Portfolios and e-learning authoring packages).

You will be expected to take a lead role in all aspects of the programme of work, including: study design; ethical approval; the day-to-day running and administration of the research programme; the implementation of interventions; assisting in the collection and interpretation of data; and the production of technical reports and manuscripts for publication.

You will manage a team of Executive Support Officers providing administrative and operational support to the Faculty Pro Vice Chancellor and other key leadership roles within the Faculty.

You will be required to contribute to the continuing enhancement of the courses within the Computer Science with Mathematics programmes, developing and delivering innovative and engaging curricula across undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the school, providing intellectually stimulating teaching while motivating and supporting students in their learning.

You will have an outstanding record of securing externally competitive research funding, producing high-quality publications, and supervising research students.
