You will take responsibility for managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters, including: - Divorce and separation matters - Financial remedy proceedings and property disputes - Private children law cases, including child arrangements and parental responsibility

You will manage your own varied caseload of public and private family law matters, including care proceedings and domestic abuse cases. The role involves regular client contact, advocacy where appropriate, and close collaboration with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals.

You will play a key role in supporting and providing expert advice to clients on all elements of family law matters and will have proven expertise in handling high‑value and complex matrimonial finance issues, divorce, and prenuptial agreements.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in all things business development whilst having the support of a dedicated and efficient team.

You should have strong technical expertise in complex financial remedy work, including cases involving businesses, pensions, and property portfolios. The successful candidate will demonstrate a client-focused approach, combining legal precision with emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
