Key responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker:Deliver safe, nurturing care in residential homes and community settings.

You will actively perform the core tasks of providing personal care and intimate personal care and providing support and assistance within the Clients own home.

You will also demonstrate good communication skills and the confidence to communicate with relatives, your colleagues and other professionals bother verbally and written to record information.

You will work with individuals to maintain their tenancy, develop daily living skills, and access meaningful community activities. This is a mobile role covering a radius of approximately 5 miles, supporting over 30 service users as part of an expanding service.
