You will be responsible for leading a team who provide support to people with a range of low to high support needs. This position will be managing Supported Living accommodations/homes in Lambeth, with a permanent team of Support Workers and another Team Manager.

You will manage the Volunteer Support Team and develop and maintain efficient volunteering systems used by our volunteers.
