You will be able to demonstrate

You will support the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting and compliance across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll analyse financial data, prepare monthly/quarterly VAT and other tax returns, and contribute to statutory accounts and audit cycles.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified ideally beginning in a Big 4 audit firm and followed by a leadership position within a complex multinational manufacturing environment.

You will have strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, with the confidence to explain complex accounting standards.

You will mentor and lead your direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.

You will develop and monitor the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predict future trends.

You will implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.

You will be involved in maintaining accounting records for the group, you will ultimately be responsible for the day to day processes of one of the subsidiary companies based down South.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience working within the manufacturing sector.

You will have strong financial planning and analysis experience.

You will have the ability to business partner with non-financial colleagues enabling you to build strong lasting relationships across the manufacturing and supply chain organisation.
