You will manage a diverse team in terms of nationality, cultural background, experience level, gender and age. You are playing captain with a pro‐active attitude, and you feel comfortable in an international setting.

You will be an active member of the Network Sector Coverage Management teams and Sectors UK management team.

You will apply expert knowledge of fire safety legislation, Scottish regulatory frameworks and UK‐wide standards, ensuring Harmony produces technical outputs of the highest standard.

You will work across fire strategy development, RIBA‐stage projects, and contribute to external wall and FRAEW assessments.

You will manage deadlines, structure information, and support the delivery of compliant, accurate and compelling bids. Working closely with the Bid Team, Operations, Commercial and Sales, you’ll bring clarity, organisation and professionalism to every submission we produce.

You will lead complex fire engineering workstreams, contribute heavily to strategic technical decisions, and support the development of the growing London-based team.

You will deliver Type 1 and Type 3 FRAs, with opportunities to work across Type 2 and Type 4 assessments depending on experience.
