You will provide all round engineering support maintaining the buildings infrastructures.

You will have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while managing a range of commercial gas appliances. While the role primarily covers London and the South, national coverage may be required for sickness or holiday cover.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements. All works will be logged using the CAFM system and electronic logbooks. Candidates must hold a clean UK driving licence and be able to successfully pass a basic DBS check.
