You will be joining a team with a diverse portfolio with some complex issues to navigate.

You will also lead client relationships and be involved in meetings and projects for new and potential new clients.

You will manage a portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, HNWIs with a focus on Landed Estates, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, Partnerships and Trusts.

You will work with a diverse and high-quality portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, non-residents, and family-owned businesses, gaining exposure to both complex compliance and advisory work.

You will work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers on advisory projects and new client work, and play a key role in mentoring and developing / managing the wider team.

You will also handle estate administrations for national charities and prepare wills and LPAs for elderly clients.

You will be involved in delivering a high-quality, professional service, responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across domestic, commercial and industrial sites. This is a field-based role, covering the Worcestershire and surrounding areas, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

You will provide leadership on projects to support the local Director and Project Director for allocated projects, establish the project technical requirements, utilise and supplement existing resources to establish a turnkey design team, as well as manage the construction team to deliver safely on time and on budget.
