You will be responding to inbound support calls

You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.

You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.

You will be required to carry out site visits and on-site trouble shooting when required.

You will be based at our St Botolphs service but may be required to work at other locations as and when needed.
