You will be the "face" (and voice) of Atos for our clients.

You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, helping to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

You will be explaining technical things to non-technical people.

You must have the right to work in England and have lived here for the last 5 years.

You will be responsible for expanding and scaling the function to a global market, across multiple languages, time zones and regions, while working to increase overall process maturity.

You should have an inquisitive mindset and the drive to take ownership of the team, ensuring top-quality support is delivered consistently to customers.
