You will use relationship based Social Work skills to understand the needs of this adult service user group and work collaboratively to create care and support plans that reflect person-centred outcomes.

You will be a strong team player with the ability to lead by example, being professional, patient and calm under pressure with experience of providing extraordinary support.

You will have case holding responsibility and work collaboratively with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to develop support, protection, and care plans to meet the assessed needs of children and young people.

You should also have a working knowledge of relevant legislative, procedural, and theoretical frameworks for working with children and families.
