You will take the lead in managing incidents, guiding young people through challenging behaviours and maintaining a safe, therapeutic atmosphere within the home.

You will also support new staff through their induction, assist with key documentation and play a vital role in maintaining a consistent, child-centred approach across the team.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will work as part of a trauma-informed team, helping children transition out of residential care into a safe family environment where they can build trust, resilience, and independence.

You will be responsible for managing your own tax affairs and maintaining the necessary records related to the role.

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.

You will manage a varied caseload, conduct assessments, and develop care plans that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
