You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels.

You will manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs.

You will conduct assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, working directly with individuals, families, and professionals.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
