You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will support people to identify and work towards meaningful outcomes, to participate in their community and develop new and maintain existing relationships.

You will be offering care and support to one adult with learning disabilities to ensure the running of their home, health and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for observing and documenting children's progress, maintaining effective communication with parents regarding daily observations, and collaborating closely with other staff members to ensure continuity of care. Essential skills include creativity, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of developmental milestones.
