You will collaborate with the engineers at missile level to ensure the actuation system meets the needs of the missile.

You will work with various engineering disciplines within the Centre of Excellence to understand the functional architecture and relevant requirements for the electronics, mechanical and software domains.

You will deliver industrialisation for new and modified products and manufacturing processes, ensuring readiness for production, process validation, and cost objectives are met.

You will champion effective process development, supporting efficiency and innovation across the entire process development lifecycle.

You should have an understanding of the product development lifecycle, design practices and manufacturing methods.

You should be adaptable in your approach to work, and be willing to understudy other team members in their areas of responsibility to ensure overall department objectives are met.

You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
