You will work with a diverse caseload across the community, delivering tailored support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and long-term stability.

You will play a vital part in helping people maintain their accommodation, access the right services, and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive.

You will be working with an outcome-focused floating support team for people over the age of 18 who are experiencing homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness and have housing related support needs.

You will manage a case-load and provide direct support to service users in accordance with their holistic support plans.

You will deliver flexible, tailored, person centred support to help residents improve their quality of life, overcome challenges, and achieve personal goals.

You will be knowledgeable of mental health and have an understanding and experience in how to support those who struggle.
