You will lead a diverse range of projects for clients such as the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, and Local Authorities.

You will be motivated by solving complex problems, excited to support clients, and ready to lead teams delivering innovative flood risk management solutions.

You will be working closely with the local and regional teams within the company producing and advising on flood risk and drainage strategies to accompany planning applications in all major sectors.

You will contribute to a diverse range of projects but the main focus of your work is likely to be Flood Risk Assessment for major infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas, with wider involvement in flood modelling, flood management and Water EIA as appropriate to individual experience.

You will play a key role in providing the senior technical leadership of our regional capability in Flood Risk and Resilience services.

You will be responsible for the delivery of flood risk and resilience projects to schedule and budget whilst meeting client and corporate expectations, and mentoring others in doing so.

You will play a key role in delivering sustainable, climate‐resilient flood risk and drainage solutions, with opportunities to work across hydraulic modelling, hydrology, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) design, flood risk appraisal, and development planning support.
