You will be reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and deputise on behalf of them in their absence.

You will have specific responsibility in the department for training front of house service delivery.

You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.

You will need excellent time management and communication skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. But most importantly you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.

You will receive every 4th weekend off. WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS

You must have food or beverage experience with a strong understanding of Grocery, High Street or Discount/Value Retail.

You will full responsibility for the growth of your customers and a keen eye for growth.

You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations within the Grocery, High Street or Discount/Value Retail sector.

You will be reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager.

You will have day to day responsibility for your shift and the team working alongside you; ensuring that your shift is run effectively as per Standard Operating Procedures.
