You will know the local market and have experience in running a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level ideally within a similarly sized property. You will assist the Community Food Worker to organise and run community meals and cooking skills sessions, preparing the food alongside our with volunteers and trainees.

You will also support volunteers and trainees to develop their skills and confidence.

You will have some experience with assisting with group activities, ideally food and cooking related.
