You will influence governance, performance, financial stewardship and strategic delivery at the highest level.

You will be joining a new clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

You will be working within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures and within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

You will work collaboratively with education, care and clinical teams, supporting staff, students and families to ensure consistency, positive outcomes and a culture of high expectations throughout the school. Areas of responsibility will be aligned to the successful candidate s skills and experience.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.
