You will be responsible for managing and processing shipments, booking with shipping lines, agents, and hauliers, and providing exceptional service to clients. You’ll also handle customs clearance processes, create orders, negotiate rates, and manage invoices, all while ensuring smooth operations and maximising profit margins.

You will manage all the external consultants drawing information attend meetings on site. In order to be successful you will need to show experience working within a housebuilder or consultancy and hold a sound knowledge of the building regs and NHBC standards.

You will have an HNC (as a minimum) within a related discipline and hold a full UK driving licence.

You will be required to demonstrate a range of skills including influencing and emotional intelligence, which is key to the success in this role.

You will also report on inventory levels, deliver data to inform strategic decisions, and work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and maintain high product quality while supporting the Supply Chain & Ops Associate and Head of Supply Chain and Operations. What we want you to do
