You will be working with and have the support of an experienced Operational team to provide the necessary support. This core role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities with customers who are importing and exporting goods across border via Road Freight.

You will lead and develop the sales team, grow existing accounts, identify new market opportunities, and ensure commercial targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.

You must have a strong background in freight forwarding operations, experience dealing with LCL & FCL ocean freight imports and exports, and proven experience managing a team.
