You will be working with and have the support of an experienced Operational team to provide the necessary support. This core role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities with customers who are importing and exporting goods across border via Road Freight.

You will be joining a fast-pace environment assisting in finding logistics solutions for some of the world's largest industrial, retail & FMCG based customers.

You will be responsible for the following areas for responsibility across the Nottinghamshire office: * Managing the pricing, quoting, booking and file monitoring of freight across import & export road freight to and from EU and Turkey.

You will be responsible for the management & direction of the Womenswear Clothing business in line with agreed objectives.

You will drive development to align to the retailers and their needs.

You will be a key and valued member of the womenswear leadership team and will be pivotal in driving our 5yr strategy in product and sourcing plans.

You will drive product innovation, ensure machinery meets modern safety and compliance standards, and elevate engineering capability across design, documentation, and customer delivery. This role combines leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration - including close interaction with production, service, and commercial teams.
