You will be a thought-leader in the field of fermentation technology, with core expertise in fermentation engineering and yeast physiology.

You will lead and participate in new product & process technology projects, coordinate product introductions & commercialization and lead or participate in innovative interdepartmental and global teams.

You will be looking after operations on site alongside 4 others within the Process Team. Focusing on Process Optimisation (OEE Improvement, Yield Improvement, NPI) of key site unit operations which include - solid-Liq Extraction; Evaporation; Centrifuge Separation; Reaction; Spray Drying, CIP etc.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, building a network within the broader Kerry FSQ Community. This structured program includes rotations across at least two manufacturing sites, each with different process technologies, products, and end markets.

You will receive mentorship and leadership support to ensure your development stays on track.
