Functional Manufacturing Consultant jobs in Abingdon

You will support clients across new build, decommissioning, and ongoing operational projects, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and to the agreed programme. This role offers opportunities to develop new skills, refresh existing ones, and work with new clients.

You will also support and mentor graduate consultants.

You will work independently and support other Nuclear Safety consultants, ensuring high‐standard, timely delivery across new build, decommissioning, and ongoing operational facilities. Opportunities exist to develop new skills and mentor graduate consultants.

You will work closely with Production Management, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to support manufacturability, resolve production challenges, and drive process improvements.

You will gain hands‑on experience with SAP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and digital workflows—building strong foundations for future automation and AI‑enabled operational environments. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process inbound deliveries, ensuring documentation is accurate and resolving any discrepancies.
