You will be required to provide clinical supervision, in line with your experience. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to Health and Safety in all aspects of your work. Initially the focus will be upon learning and developing engineering knowledge through education and training.

You will be keen to learn and undertake a practical role. Additionally, due to the high complexity of the role it may mean standby or on call may be required.
