You will gain full training in servicing and maintaining commercial heating systems across schools, hospitals, medical centres, colleges, sports stadiums, and office blocks.

You will be responsible for the gas maintenance and servicing of 26 buildings located across the university estate in Birmingham. This role offers long-term stability, strong benefits, and optional overtime within a professional facilities management environment.

You will install new heating and hot water systems, rectify faults with equipment and attend reactive call outs to plumbing jobs on request.

You will also work to a 1 in 7 weeks callout standby rota. Due to the nature of this role, a full clean UK driving licence is essential.

You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!

You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.
