You will work as part of a friendly and dedicated team to ensure New Lodge internal & external communal areas are clean and tidy in order to provide a quality living environment for residents and visitors.

You will also develop good relationships with our residents and be prepared to be flexible in your duties such as helping with events and talking to residents.

You will be 18 months (or less) from running your own hotel and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.

You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and helping set Malmaison apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.

You will be responsible for ensuring IT based administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis, and manage the provision of therapeutic equipment as required.

You will be supported in ongoing development and training. The role will involve at times taking responsibility for your own caseload and working alone.
