You will act as a trusted partner to site leadership, ensuring compliance, engagement, and best practice are consistently achieved.

You will ensure profitability is protected while mitigating risk. This is an office-based role with limited travel required.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Due to the fast-paced environment, strong organisational skills are essential as you could be managing multiple projects at the same time.

You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the electrical engineering team, providing mentorship, technical oversight, and client-facing expertise to support the delivery of sustainable, high-performing building solutions.

You will have the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.

You will be intrinsic to the bidding and pricing of new opportunities, specifically on CSA activities and ensuring that those opportunities deliver to the as sold fees and margins.

You will already be strong in technical design content, with an Architectural and Lead Designer bias, together with a proven capability in design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.

You will be tasked with motivating the team day-to-day in order to ensure that projects are met within time and budget. This is initially a temporary role with potential for future permanent employment.

You must be imminently available for work or on a shortened notice period.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and manufacturing specialists to translate concept proposals into fully resolved technical packages, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and buildability at every stage.

You will enjoy meaningful involvement in project decisions while also having the autonomy to take ownership of your own workstreams.
