You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently. In addition to client management, you will oversee and assist in the development of junior staff, providing necessary support and reviewing their work. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA Qualified with strong and varied general practice experience.

You will lead the configuration, operation, and continual improvement of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and associated field‑management platforms, ensuring every stakeholder has the right information at the right time. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Governance * Line‑manage, mentor, and develop Document Controller(s).

You will be managing a small team as well as having the technical ability to write complex SQL based reports.

You will need: * Management experience * Worked in a similar role within an MIS department within the FE sector * Experience using data management systems within Further Education * Knowledge of funding and compliance requirements.

You will have excellent commercial awareness which you can translate into the successful running of popular Leisure Centres. The ability to drive sales/income and ability to manage expenditure are key qualities for this role.

You should have the necessary skills and experience to lead the Centre and engage the local community.
