The postholder will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board, and play a central role in shaping the financial strategy for the organisation.

You will guide ambitious Business Development Managers to enhance the brand's presence within the Independent Free Trade sector. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £42k-£45k plus a bonus. Additional perks include a company car or monthly allowance, a pension scheme, and generous holiday.

You will contribute to the development of a national fleet strategy aligned with long-term business objectives. This is a high-impact position covering everything from senior leadership support to boots-on-the-ground haulier management.
