You will be required to lead on prevention and intervention to help our residents sustain their tenancies.

You will need to Develop strong partnerships with internal and external agencies to assess and manage risk and employ a range of intervention and support measures to mitigate risk to residents and tenancies to secure positive outcomes.

You will be dealing with a varied mix of applications, which will include householder applications, certificates of lawfulness, listed building consent applications, prior approvals through to complex minor applications.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.

You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with experience working with vulnerable families and a good understanding of social care, education, and health services.

You will also have a good knowledge of IT systems and have excellent communication skills.

You will need to be able to multitask in a fast-paced role.
