General Teaching Assistant jobs in Cumbria

You will provide support to children and young people with additional support needs within Lairdsland Primary school.

You will be responsible for the personal care needs of pupils and under the direction of the class/subject teacher, you will help pupils with specific learning activities and to follow instructions and organise their work.

You will also be supporting the teaching staff in enabling the pupils to gain independence, participate fully in the curriculum and the general life of the school. This role will be based at Kirkby Moore School.

You must be willing to undertake a DBS check at enhanced level if successful for the position
