You will provide care in both a residential setting and the local community, creating a safe, inclusive and well-structured environment where children feel supported and valued.

You will support children with day-to-day routines, personal care and health needs in line with individual care plans, while planning and delivering activities that reflect their interests and aspirations.

You will be an experienced practitioner with a strong background in children’s care, education or residential services, confident in leading care planning and supporting colleagues through your practice.

You will have a sound understanding of GIRFEC and attachment informed approaches, strong communication and recording skills, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful care.

You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to patient‐centred care, continuing professional development, an understanding of our service and the specific needs of our patients (or a commitment to learn and develop these skills).

You will demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to participate in service progression and growth.

You will help ensure that care is delivered with dignity, compassion and professionalism, while contributing to a safe, welcoming and well-run service.

You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care, be registered with the SSSC, and be a member of the PVG Scheme. You bring a calm, supportive and professional approach to your work and are comfortable working within and supporting our Christian ethos.
