DOMICILIARY CARE WORKERS' DUTIES:To provide personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities from door to doorTo assist Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygieneTo assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.

You will drive trauma-informed assessments, create tailored clinical care plans, and advocate for your young people and their support network.

You will lead a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, professionally challenge and support, and ensure birth families are engaged and supported, reviewing reunification possibilities.

You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will work as part of the 7 day Adult Care rota. This equates to approximately 1 in 4 weekends worked, and these are all scheduled 3 months in advance.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.
