You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it, have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme.

You will have responsibility for the safety and well-being of our young people throughout the night. This can be a vulnerable time for our young people and as such you will have the skills and abilities to be able to support our young people through times of crisis.

You must provide references from your two most recent employers. If you are unable to obtain two professional references, e.g. in the case of an applicant who has been raising children for ten years, please provide one employer and one character or two character references. All references will be contacted, therefore please inform the referees of the fact that you have used their name.

You will be working as part of a team supporting four young women with complex needs who live in individual bungalows. These ladies lead active and engaging lives and are valued members of their community. Your role will be vital in helping them maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals in a person-centred way.

You will facilitate client participation in community activities and educational opportunities while strictly adhering to all safeguarding policies and professional protocols. Essential attributes for this position include reliability, flexibility, and a deep understanding of ethical care practices.
