You will ideally already be CIPD qualified

You must be resilient, tenacious and like to get 'stuck-in' with a variety of projects with no two days ever looking the same

You will be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time

You must be comfortable operating in a standalone role with remote support from their International HR Manager. A CIPD qualification would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
