You will play a key role in preparing the home for opening, including recruitment, systems implementation, regulatory readiness and culture-building, before transitioning into full operational management post-opening.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery.

Your Responsibilities: - UK Supply Chain Management: Establish and lead the network of print partners across the UK, ensuring coverage for Royal Mail and regional carriers.

You will work across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and real-world installs. One day you might be debugging a hardware or firmware issue, the next you could be installing a system, running a live demo, or speaking with a brewery about improvements.

You will act as the first commercial touchpoint for prospective clients, supporting senior Business Development leaders by generating high-quality meetings and nurturing early-stage opportunities.

You will design and deliver marketing programmes that generate qualified opportunities across our UK and US, covering cross‐industry segments Federal, Law Enforcement, Public Sector and Corporate Markets.

You will be responsible for building and managing a high‐performing team that includes Field Marketing leads in both the UK and North America, and a new SDR function aligned to Sales.
