You will be responsible for trimming, sanding, and preparing components for assembly, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. - Trim and finish composite components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential and commercial sectors. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have genuine autonomy to shape projects from inception through completion, mentor junior staff and contribute meaningfully to the firm's growth strategy.

You will work closely with the machine shop team to maintain workflow and quality standards. - Set up and operate Keyence laser marking equipment for component identification and traceability and ensure marking meets the required specifications and quality standards - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain an efficient workflow

You will lead a team of engineers and work collaboratively across departments to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in performance. - Lead and mentor a team of vehicle performance engineers in executing performance and simulation projects - Define and manage the strategic direction of the vehicle dynamics department

You will develop tools, methods, and strategies to improve aerodynamic understanding and strengthen correlation between track data, wind tunnel, and CFD results. Working closely with Aero Development, Aero Test, and CFD teams, you will build strong relationships across departments to maximize performance gains and ensure upgrades deliver results on track.
