You will have a degree in geology, engineering geology, environmental science or related subject - Several yearspost-graduate experience

You must have a good understanding of health, safety and environmental management. - An understanding of current contaminated land technical guidance, Part 2A legislation and the development planning regime.

You will work on a diverse workload delivering projects for the public and private sectors across the UK including exciting infrastructure and renewables projects.

You will lead on a range of EIA projects within a consultancy environment and provide advice on EIA Regulations and produce Environmental Statements.

You will have a proven project management track record within design and build environments, with excellent communication skills.

You will have demonstrable experience and understanding of the needs and approaches to the engineering consultancy and design markets, including relationships with clients, work planning, and commercial management.

You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.

You will have the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and have experience in supporting and leading other civil engineers.

You will also have a track record of undertaking designs and completing design deliverables within required timescales and design budgets.

You will be supported by the Cardiff team to develop your technical capabilities and support your career progression. - Involvement in client engagement, stakeholder management, design team liaison (both internal and with other external). - Being responsible for ensuring your tasks are delivered to budget, programme, technical standards and legal requirements.
