You will do this by analysing the complexities and subtleties of how digital information is formatted across a wide range of types, including office suites, media, images, 3D, GIS and various specialist formats to build an internal knowledge base covering file formats and the tools that manipulate them.

You will manage the day-to-day recruitment process, provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, and build strong relationships with our hiring managers.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding.

You will work with the People business partners and People Specialists providing advice and counsel on policy interpretation and employment practices, ensuring that there is knowledge transfer on a case by case basis.

You will manage and control spend on external legal advice ensuring that this does not exceed budget.

You will be expected to have proficiency in MS 365 applications and have knowledge in key areas such as advanced Excel and Visual Basic. Working knowledge of GIS Systems (preferably MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS).

You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects.

You will have a substantial opportunity to contribute towards optioneering, outline, and detailed design expertise across various frameworks.

You will be expected to have proficiency in MS 365 applications and have knowledge in key areas such as advanced Excel and Visual Basic.

You will take ownership of the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts across multiple entities and Group consolidation, as well as full P&L ownership for the US subsidiary.

You will have a strong technical accounting background, ideally with experience of SaaS revenue models and IFRS 15 and excellent Excel and ERP skills (e.g. NetSuite).
