You will take ownership of key wholesale and retail partnerships across EMEA, excluding the UK, US and Asia. The focus is on building deep, long-term relationships with distributors and retailers while also identifying and onboarding new partners in strategic markets.

You will report directly to the company owner and operate with a high level of trust, autonomy and commercial responsibility.

You will lead and develop high-performing Customer Growth and New Business teams, drive enterprise-level deals, and embed scalable, data-driven sales processes that deliver sustainable revenue growth.

You will bring proven success across expansion and acquisition, strong commercial and analytical acumen, and confidence in coaching a team to succeed.

You will be required to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility on working times.

You will be responsible for providing support in relation to any business application issues raised by our colleagues.
