You will be required to lead on prevention and intervention to help our residents sustain their tenancies.

You will be dealing with a varied mix of applications, which will include householder applications, certificates of lawfulness, listed building consent applications, prior approvals through to complex minor applications.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.

You will need to hold a subject specific qualification in your chosen field and an appropriate teaching qualification or be prepared to achieve one within your first year of service.
