You will contribute to a diverse range of flood risk management projects, with a focus on delivering and taking technical lead roles. Typical project activities may include: Delivering high-quality technical outputs to clients, often as a technical reviewer. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and overseeing small project teams.

You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. responsible for overseeing and managing the budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting processes for specific projects within the organization.

You will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.

You will work on a hybrid basis from our Bristol office, with occasional travel to our London office, in a visible, business facing role supporting managers and teams across the organisation.
