You will play a pivotal role in managing multi-million-pound engineering programmes, guiding teams and consultants, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and innovative delivery of a project that supports the UK's net zero goals. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-time fix solution for customers and the environment whilst ensuring quality follow-on work is raised in accordance with our standards and specifications.

You will demonstrate the ability to work hard as part of a wider team, solve problems and be thorough to deliver sustainable leakage reduction for Yorkshire Water. This will enable Yorkshire Water to hit challenging Leakage reduction targets.

You will also benefit from having: - Ability to manage & prioritise workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships. - Ability to work effectively with equipment manufacturers to identify shortfalls & propose enhancements. - Ability to understand risk issues on site as well as construction risks.

You will also benefit from having: - Experience working in a regulated utility or major asset management / delivery with a wide ranging asset base - Previous experience in a commercially orientated and or regulated enviroment

You will also benefit from having: Experience in managing third party consultants, required to support the delivery of complex commercial contract audits. Knowledge and understanding of commercial governance. Experience of implementing change initiatives and effectively working within a team to drive performance improvements.
