You will manage a range of patient contacts such as face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, online queries, duty cover and occasional home visits, supported by our wider clinical and administrative team.

You will work within national and local guidelines, contribute to QOF and quality improvement activity, and support clinical governance across the practice.
