You will lead and develop our Supply Chain and Logistics team, based between our sites in Livingston and Edinburgh BioQuarter, so occasional travel to Edinburgh will be required.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service quality, addressing client needs and ad-hoc requests, whilst driving performance excellence. As the first point of contact for escalations and service requests, you will forge strong relationships with clients and internal teams while actively contributing to the Company's success.

You will start as an Interior Maintenance Technician, with your initial 6-12 months dedicated to covering a specific geographical area. You’ll provide invaluable support to customers by maintaining their live and artificial plant displays while receiving comprehensive externally accredited training.
