You will be working out a depot in the Dagenham area of London. If you have PA1/PA6 this will be advantagous. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW ON THURSDAY 30TH OCTOBER ON TEAMS/FACETIME WITH A START ON TUESDAY 4TH NOVEMBER IF SUCCESFUL

You will provide engineering services and guidance in general on property matters affecting the on-going management and development of the Data Centres.

You will have site sign off for works to take place and to accept successful completion ensuring all RA and MS and other technical sign off is in place prior to allowing works to take place.

You will be responsible for completing a wide range of general maintenance tasks to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and well maintained. All work must be completed to a high standard, in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

You will support the facilities team in keeping the site safe, tidy, and operational. This varied role involves assisting with maintenance, repairs, and general site duties, providing great exposure to different areas of facilities management.
