You will manage the annual £1.5? million budget for grounds-maintenance covering multiple schemes and sites across Northern?

You will have responsibility for leading the organisation's maintenance and direct services arm, which will include running the day-to-day operations whilst also setting strategy, managing people, controlling budgets, meeting contracts, and reporting to the board during.
